    • After Marathalli, Bellandur is also hot location for residential units, as there is no connectivity issue. Climate condition is also superb as it’s around Bellandur lake. But only this is there will be a huge traffic problems in this specified area. Mostly in the peek hours in the morning as well as in the evening.
